Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

A well-built plant still fails without good operation. Our O&M teams keep your treatment systems running within norms every day.

Quick answer

Treatment plants stay compliant only with daily operation: correct aeration, sludge wasting, chemical dosing, routine testing, logbooks and preventive maintenance. Aaradhya Enviro provides trained operators or supervision for ETP, STP, RO and ZLD plants, with daily records, performance reports and engineer support when problems appear.

Overview

Biological treatment plants need daily attention: correct aeration, sludge wasting, nutrient and chemical dosing, and quick action when the influent changes. Without trained operators and proper records, plants drift out of compliance and equipment breaks down early.

Our O&M service provides trained operators or supervises your staff, maintains daily logbooks, tests key parameters, manages chemical consumption and carries out preventive maintenance of pumps, blowers and filters. You receive regular performance reports, and our engineers step in quickly when problems appear.
